Now, lets be honest with ourselves.
The reason we all love birthdays is because of ?....
The Presents of course!
Gift number one was a gift from Aunt Jesi and "Uncle" Shane (They will be married in Feb. hence the " ".)
It was an Optimus Prime car. "Autobots, lets roll out!"
Auntie Heather and Grandma and Grandpa were very sweet and got Tai a gift too so he wouldn't feel left out.
While Buki opened up a Cars place setting, Tai got SPIDERMAN! Tai also got a Buzz Lightyear guy and Rex from "Toy Story."

Buki got a Cars tool set! You know, so when Lightning McQueen breaks down he can fix it, or fix mommy's house. (That was Buki's idea and I thought it was sweet!)
Buki got a Transformer helmet along with elbow and knee gaurds! He also got some really cool Transformer glasses and shoes!
They light up of course!
And let's not forget the hand-held walky talky on his belt loop.
That puts him in direct contact with Optimus.
"Oh, this is gonna be good!!" Was what we adults heard as he opened up what? You guessed it.
Transformer UNDERWEAR! HA!
Who knew?
Now what do we have here?
Optimus Prime?

Yes, Ethan got a new Transformer Halloween Costume, YAY!

A bike!
Optimus Prime himself gave him this bike, along with grandma, mom and dad... But it was REALLY Optimus. See the little ribbon? It says, "Your the hero today!"
Sadly, it was only a mere four days until the stitches came.
I guess he just had to work the bike in real quick, you know, make himself official.
I don't know.
He still loves the bike though and the beauty of it all is, he puts on ALL of this gear before riding. Every time! Minus the glasses. Shoot! Maybe if he had had the glasses on when he fell he wouldn't have had to get stitches! On the other hand perhaps the glasses would have broke and he would've gotten hurt worse :/
It is Buki we are talking about.
Who knows.
He's alright now and that's all that matters!

Evey started out having fun on the bike..... then she was done.
PHEW! Stage two is thru! I would like to thank all the grandparents, aunts and uncles who helped make this day so worthwhile!
